The client assembled 3 neighbouring sites to maximise the planning, with Sativa Finance assisting with the funding for each acquisition. Once planning consent was granted we then refinanced to fully fund all the construction costs. On practical completion of the build, we refinanced the scheme a 3rd and final time to release some equity to the client and reduce the funding costs during the sales period.

With knowledge of both planning & construction finance, Sativa can assist longer term projects and optimise the funding as the project progresses from one stage to the next.
