Working with UK based SME property developers and professional investors, we source competitive funding solutions including development finance, bridging finance and longer term commercial mortgages.

 

FUNDING OPTIONS

Development Finance

Our core focus is working with property developers, mainly in the residential sector. We add value to the process by assisting with the cash flow modelling, sourcing funding options, negotiating terms and seeing a loan through the funding process to completion.

Developers must be able to demonstrate an appropriate level of experience for the project they are looking to fund.

Bridging Finance

With bridging finance we can assist with sourcing funding for any property asset including land with & without planning, new build homes and commercial premises.

Bridging Finance must have a strong exit strategy and loans are typically no longer than 12 months.

Commercial Mortgages

Commercial mortgages are for any property that generates a long term income and can include office buildings, warehouses, BTL portfolios and operational assets such as hotels.

The funding available will be dependent on the strength of the income stream.

COMPANY FOUNDER

Founding director of Sativa Finance, Robert Finch, has worked in financial services since 2001. With experience in various sectors including consultancy, portfolio management, investment analysis, execution of investments in money market funds, debt restructuring for large public sector clients and investor reporting. In 2006 Robert moved into structured real estate funding, firstly for a boutique structured finance advisory company based in London and then in 2008 went on to co-found Sativa Finance.

Sativa have ensured they’ve kept pace with the very changeable UK property finance market during this period and continue to source the most competitive property finance for the developers and investors they work with. During his career Robert has been directly involved in arranging over 100 property loans totaling in excess of £1.5bn.
